El anclaje visto más extendido es
el
enganche
o
grapa
en
sus
diferentes variantes.
Este sistema
se basa en la colocación de la grapa
centrada
en
las
juntas
de
las
baldosas sirviendo de retención para
las
dos baldosas
inferiores y de
apoyo
y
retención
para
las
dos
baldosas superiores. Existen grapas
específicas
que
fijan
sólo
dos
baldosas, por su parte inferior (1ª
hilada) o las del remate que fijan
por la parte superior.
Las grapas se fijarán a los perfiles
verticales
mediante
tornillos
autoblocantes de acero inoxidable
o remaches
de aluminio o acero
inoxidable
de 5 mm de
diámetro.
Es conveniente dejar una separación
de 2 mm. en la parte superior de la
baldosa para permitir
eventuales
movimientos del sistema.

ambién es conveniente aplicar en
la unión baldosaperfil un cordón
de sellador de silicona o poliuretano
monocomponente
durante
la
colocación
del
sistema,
para
eliminar las posibles vibraciones de
las baldosas cerámicas debidas a
la acción del viento.
Este sistema presenta una elevada
versatilidad
en
cuanto
a
la
disposición de los anclajes según
las necesidades
del proyecto, y
puede utilizarse con
baldosas de
distintos espesores y dimensiones.
Algunas de sus ventajas son:
·Presenta una gran rapidez en la
instalación
, teniendo una excelente
relación calidad-precio.
·En
rehabilitaciones,
se
puede
realizar una
instalación
directa
sobre el
muro
con
una
mínima
cámara.
·Posibilidad
de
alojar
las
instalaciones de servicios en la
cámara
creada
entre la piel y
el
muro soporte.

The
most
widely
used
visible
fastening is the cramp or clip in
their
different
variants.
This
system is based on the installation
of clips at the tile joints, at which
the clips retain the two bottom tiles,
and support and retain the two top
tiles. There are also specific clips
that secure just two tiles, at the top
(1st course), or those for the trims,
which are secured at the top.
The clips are fastened to the vertical
profiles by self-blocking stainless
steel
screws
or
aluminium
or
stainless
steel
rivets,

mm
in
diameter.
A separation of 2 mm should be left
at the top of the tile to allow possible
movements of the system.
It is also convenient to apply a ribbon
of
silicone
sealant
or
single-
component
polyurethane
in
the
tileprofile
joint
during
the
installation of the system, in order
to eliminate any possible vibrations
of the ceramic
tiles due to wind
loading.
This system displays high versatility
in the arrangement of the fastenings
according to project needs, and may
be
used
with
tiles
of
different
thickness and size. Their advantages
include:
